ISLAMIC RELIEF MALAYSIA EXTENDS THE DISTRIBUTION FOR`RAMADHAN’S FEED THE FASTING 2008` TO THE ASSOCIATION OF LITTLE PEOPLE MALAYSIA (PERSATUAN ORANG KERDIL MALAYSIA)

14th Sep 2008-Islamic Relief Malaysia (IRM) has extends its distribution of Ramadhan Feed the Fasting to a special group of beneficiaries that are the members of Little People Association of Malaysia.

The beneficiaries includes the poors, physically challenges and Single Mothers.

According to Mr. Farouq Zauji, the spokeperson from Islamic Relief, “For a mere minimum contribution of RM50 from the public, we will deliver food package to a poor family during Ramadhan and we are hoping to reach out to 10,000 beneficiaries across Malaysia through this program”.

Islamic Relief’s “Ramadhan Feed The Fasting” is an annual seasonal program carried out by Islamic Relief office worldwide to ease the burden of the world poorest population during Ramadhan reaching out to more than 800,000 beneficiaries in 26 countries across the world.
